An integral part of VBJI's mission of ending human trafficking in Hampton Roads is to provide victims with the resources they need as they seek healing and a new beginning. In order to do that, we have a team of victim advocates who have completed intensive training, background checks, psychological evaluations, and panel interviews to prepare to work one-on-one with individuals who have been exploited by the commercial sex industry.
We launched our first course in the Spring of 2014 and we are excited to be holding our twelfth Victim Advocacy Training Course in the Fall of 2021!
